Pre-Order / Production Orders

Some items are made-to-order and production-based, meaning they are not pre-made at the time of purchase.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your item will be produced before shipping

  • Production and shipping times may vary

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

We provide estimated timeframes on each product page, and by ordering, you agree to these timelines.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund


Items Lost in Transit

If your order does not arrive within 15 business days after the expected delivery window, contact us.

We will provide:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Customer preference

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed, as processing begins immediately.


Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

SacredClothing.store is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

We will provide tracking confirmation, but customers must contact the carrier for further assistance.
